Facilities can implement EnMS through one of the following options :
EnMS Implementation Options
1 Obtaining ISO 50001 Certificate
ISO 50001 is an international standard for EnMS. In this option, facilities are required to provide ISO 50001 certificate from accredited certification body.
2 Completing SEEC50001 Ready Program
The SEEC 50001 Ready is developed by SEEC to provide guidance for facilities to implement an EnMS aligned with best practices. In this option, facilities are required to complete all the tasks in the SEEC 50001 Ready.

3 Implementing an Internal EnMS
Facilities can opt to develop and implement their own EnMS. In this option, facilities are required to demonstrate that it is aligned with ISO 50001 standard.
